I am a Sports Massage Therapist with advanced training in scar treatment and neuromuscular therapy, focusing on post-operative recovery and rehabilitation. I use hands-on scar therapy alongside movement and breath techniques to support clients in easing pain, improving mobility, and feeling comfortable in their bodies again.
I have extensive experience supporting amputees, individuals recovering from abdominal surgeries, and those undergoing post-mastectomy rehabilitation (with appropriate medical clearance). I’ve also had the privilege of working with elite and adaptive athletes, including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt competition teams, Invictus Games athletes, and patients at the Disability Foundation.
I strive to create a caring, supportive space where every session meets you where you are, helping you reconnect with your body and feel stronger as you recover.
